Tradescroft (“we”, “us”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], provides a platform where contractors claim and manage their business listing and receive customer leads (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts and claiming a listing
You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time code sent by SMS. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for all activity under your account. To claim a business listing you must be authorized to represent that business, and claiming requires verifying the phone number on file for the listing. You must provide accurate information.
2. Your listing content
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for keeping it up to date. You grant us a license to host and display your listing content on our directory sites so homeowners can find you. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
3. Leads and customer information
When a homeowner submits a request to your business, we make their request and contact details available to you so you can respond. You agree to use that information only to respond to the customer’s request and to handle it lawfully and responsibly.
4. Featured placements and payments
Some placements (for example, featured or emergency county placements) are paid subscriptions. Fees, billing intervals, renewals, and cancellation are presented at checkout and are processed by our third-party payment processor. 5. Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we may send you SMS notifications about your leads (for example, when a new lead comes in or a response is due). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by claiming a business you are not authorized to represent, interfering with the Service, attempting to access data that is not yours, or using the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Some obligations, such as payment for placements already provided, survive termination.
8. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, placement results, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.
9. Limitation of liability
